The purpose of introducing points is to encourage consumers to spend more with businesses. The more they spend, the more points they earn, which they can redeem for vouchers available within EpicPay.
EpicPay also rewards customers for making more than one transaction within a given month with businesses. This enables for repeat purchases and customer retention.
